My approach in my practice is to connect you with the joy of taking care of yourself!  Each 2 or 3 Hour Ayurvedic Consultation is tailored with the knowledge of your constitutional type with a Pulse Consultation and Ayurvedic Lymphatic Massage & Bodywork. We focus on what's needed to be added or modified in your life whether that's self-care, dietary recommendations or just being able to talk about your feelings.  I structure my sessions to bring awareness to areas of your life that you may not be aware of, patterns that you may hold that are ready to be shifted and brought to light.

Tele-Wellness Consultations provide the support you need to help you identify the root causes that influence your mind, body and spirit. I create a customized plan to develop new habits & self-care rituals that support you in moving steadily towards your health goals.  I provide you with a complete Ayurvedic write up based on our session with Ayurvedic dietary recommendations, self-care practices, recipes and more!
