Ayurveda is the language I use to analyze your constitution to create your individualized plan to address digestive-gut-skin-emotional connections. Often people see lots of different types of practitioners and Ayurveda can be a helpful tool to hone your wellness program to make your treatments successful.
My goal is to encourage a deeper dive into self-care & emotional wellness, so that it becomes a seamless part of who you are and your lifestyle. Ayurveda IS the secret/science to longevity IF we become observant, manage our thoughts, take care of our bodies (essential) and eat well. :) The CORE of my practice is my love of Ayurvedic bodywork. I have practiced massage and holistic healing modalities for over 25+ years. Ayurveda, Lymph, Structural Bodywork Techniques, Nutrition and Aromatherapy is the container which I ground this knowledge.
We don't have to be perfect, just conscious! I strongly believe that when we practice healthy habits it's not about eating perfectly or never having fun. Ayurveda is about building a long-term relationship with yourself that sustains your health allowing you to obtain and maintain the healthiest lifestyle possible for you!
